Support for the Learning Connection is provided through a variety of means including the following:
- Local LC Administrators - this person can assist with approving and setting permissions at the school level. School corporations who are utilizing the Learning Connection have identified an individual or individuals who can help answer questions. Teacher requests for access to student data should be directed to the Learning Connection administrator at the local level. Also, parent and student requests for access to the system should go through the local school or corporation. If you are a Learning Connection Administrator for your school or corporation, you should join the community, "IDOE - Systems Administrator Group
- Learning Connection Help -- This site is created to assist users in learning to use the system and is available through the help links on each page of The Learning Connection.
Maintenance Schedule: Scheduled system maintenance will be on Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The system could be unavailable during this time.
